Service Description

Amy has been a practitioner of yoga since 2004 and completed her 200-hour certified yoga teacher in 2013. In 2018, Amy completed the massage therapy program at Cortiva Institute in King of Prussia and became a licensed massage therapist. She believes that massage, yoga, and meditation are useful tools on a path to balance, holistic living, and self-care. The body has great power to heal itself, and Amy will work with her clients to facilitate this healing. Using bodywork and yoga sessions along with integrating home self-care practices, clients can reduce stress and anxiety, increase flexibility, and decrease muscular tension and pain. Bodywork and yoga complement one another to provide care for the whole body, mind, and spirit.
