s2t Program Details

This program provides a safe and welcoming space to anyone that identifies as a womxn looking to improve their mental health and wellness by creating social connections and participating in activities that support mind, body, and spirit. Our goal is to provide a trauma-informed community where womxn can come together and support their own healing journey and their neighbors while breaking the stigma surrounding mental health. S2T meets monthly providing different healing modalities like nature hikes, yoga, meditation, expressive art, and more! 

Program Highlights​

  • Monthly in-person meet-up experience at different locations within a 20min radius of Phoenixville, PA

  • Some groups will be held at the Heart Building during weather events (rain or snow/super-cold/super-hot days) 

  • A monthly virtual support group on Zoom

  • Group volunteer activities

Program Details

  • Registration is required

  • This is a donation-based group

  • Groups are facilitated by trauma-informed PHH staff

  • Groups are held 11am to 12:30pm the last Saturday of every month

  • Zoom group is held at 7pm the second Wednesday of every month
