This pop-up series is a BI-WEEKLY class on Thursdays from 6pm to 7pm. You will learn how to recognize your breathing patterns and how it impacts your current state of being. You will learn how to activate your sympathetic (fight or flight), and parasympathetic (rest and digest) and you will learn how to put yourself into a state of body and mind coherence. In addition, you will also learn how you may be able to reset your autonomic nervous system. You will learn this through diaphragmatically breathing (belly breathing) in specific rhythms, using specially created music to assist you to make it easy and enjoyable. 🐝 PHH's community wellness classes will be offered as a donation-based class to create accessibility and provide a pay it forward system.
